Since we offer a multitudinous selection of officers and crew to handle any type of vessels, we have to ensure that our seafarers can cooperate actively with all members on the ship. Other than having to pass a meticulous qualification process, we also hone our employees with charismatic interpersonal and communication skills. We understand that language proficiency is an essential aptitude. As such, we encourage people of all backgrounds to join our holistic cadet induction programmes. We accept and educate seafarers from various nationalities. Currently, our worldwide office networks include Philippine, China, Indonesia, Korea, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Srilanka, Egypt, Georgia, Ukraine, Russia, Latvia, Croatia, Egypt, Malaysia & Azerbaijan among others
